안녕하세요~!

슈윤 입니다. 내가...무슨 말을해야할지 모르겠다

때문에...

난 어떻게해야할지 모르겠.

*

And so ends my pathetic attempt at typing Korean. Okay, so I typed the very first two sentences, and then copied and pasted the rest from language tools (but checked that it was right first!), so shoot me.

It's better than some people, they can't even read. And they claim to love Korea.

*

I'm now an official Super Junior and 2PM cyworld stalker. 감사 합니다 (gotta be politely formal to the nice people)(yes, I typed this word, it's the first Korean word I ever learnt LOL) to the lovely website who gave me their URLs. :3 Oh and a self congratulatory pat on the back [if my arm can reach that far back] for being persistent in finding the right ones (I'm so big headed sometimes).

And don't even try to Google them because they give you wrong one. Don't think I haven't tried. I know, serious stalker, but at least I didn't find SuJu's flight schedule and post it in a blog... total invasion of privacy much? Have to feel sorry for the poor guys sometimes. :(

Dara and GD's me2days are really interesting too... gotta love them sometimes all the time, Dara is hilarious and GaHo is so so so 귀여워. Makes me wish I had him as a pet sometimes. Or even better, I wish I was GaHo so I could be with GD 24/7 [reminds you of 천국 much?] "/

*

This post is littered with so much Korean stuff [that no one can understand] that it's not funny.

I got sick of the English songs in my playlist after a few listens...

So there's nothing but Japanese, Mandarin and Korean songs in there now.

Aren't I the best Asian you ever read about?

*

JaeBeom's coming back! Soon...!

He'd better, if not I'm going to desert his band and make him feel even worse than he does now.
ㅠ.ㅠ

And if you're wondering why I didn't write his name in Korean [though there's a very big chance that it didn't even cross your mind because you have no idea who the heck he is], it's because I did... then I put it in language tools and it translated to 'Offenders.'

See, language tools is the worst place to go for translations. But it'll do for now.

At least until we get out Korean-English dictionary. Could have gotten the one in Angus & Robertson but it was AUD16... which would be 48 Ringgit, and we could probably get one in Malaysia for about Rm40.

See how stingy we are?

I even hesitated to buy a 3 dollar bottle of water last week but I was so desperate that I did. Bam. 5 dollars gone, and 2 dollars back. Then my sister decided to be smart and bought another one. Bam. My money gone. Thanks alot, 언니.
ㅠ.ㅠ

*

No motivation to restart my fanfic or continue my SuJu picture... should never leave these things for too long, you lose the will to continue them anymore.

*Sigh.

I got another awesome idea for a story when we were talking about something in the car the other day.

Did I mention that I was stupid enough during my Japanese exam to write that じでんしゃ (ji-den-sha) meant car when it actually meant train? でんしゃ (den-sha) is car. I know, how stupid am I... and I'm supposedly the class Japanese dictionary. *Facepalm.

ANYWAY..

Yeah.

@Leanne: I swear I'll make it up to you, I'll write a short fanfic for you if you want me to, I'm really really sorryyyyy 너무 미안해.....! D:

AAAAAAARGH.
November 25, 2009 6:17:00 PM

Don't you just hate it when you think that you're the only one who loves a certain this or a certain that only to find out that there are a million other people who love your this or that too?

It has finally hit me that I'm not the only K-pop lover.

Okay, I accept that, there are obviously people who love it like me, I'm still a newcomer to it. I haven't even reached a full year of K-pop Love but I feel like I've been listening to Big Bang/2PM/Super Junior/DBSK/SHINee/2NE1 since forever.

But it's terribly infuriating when every single blog that you go to (especially the SMKSH ones) has at least some reference to K-pop and how they love this member or that member or this group or that group. I mean, even whole layouts and URLs are dedicated to the members that they love!

...

Even I wasn't that bad.

Was I?

Okay, so I considered using a Big Bang layout, but that's because Big Bang is awesome; for guys AND girls. Super Junior is... just for girls.

Words can't even describe how I'm feeling about all this K-pop Love stuff right now.

We've all gone crazy.

LOUD scream.

And there goes another year.
November 23, 2009 8:18:00 PM

Well, year 10 into 11 orientation was today.
From next Monday onwards we get to wear the maroon VCE jumpers.
I'm not sure if that's something to be happy about, since
[quote] Ken: LOL and your uniform was colour co-ordinated by a blind person.
Very nice Ken. :)

Nearly fell asleep during Ms Egan's speech.
I reckon listening to her for 2 and a half hours minus breaks is enough to make anyone fall asleep.
Plus I had the added bonus of being in the 2nd row.
So neck strain and burning eyes were very much the highlight of the day.

Lunch was better.
Ran around with Suelyn trying to get our exam marks off teachers.
Maybe we should've bothered Ms Reid even though she said we shouldn't bother.
Oh well.
Knocked on Mr Santos's door with my head.
Thank God he wasn't there OTL OTL OTL.
Overall, pretty happy with my results.
Wanted to do better for Japanese, but I'm not complaining.
Especially when it's 90% above for Science, History and Japanese.

And now we wait (in dread) for English and Maths.
I have a feeling I screwed up the Dead Poet's essay.
*Sigh.

Risotto for dinner. Yum.
Been sleeping alot lately (and I mean on the couch).
Can't wait for casual dress day at school, want to wear my new triangle scarf. :)
Now... Japanese domain leader or Maths domain leader next year?
Hmm, I think Japanese.

ただいま!
November 20, 2009 7:33:00 PM

Hey everyone, back from my hiatus! Know what this means, right?

Exams are overrrr!

They were actually pretty easy. And I felt totally confident. At least, I did when we were actually sitting in front of the paper. Before that, I was freaking out like mad.. especially for maths and history. Wasn't prepared for History at all. But... my hands weren't even shaking when I went in, which is weird because they usually do. I did get hand cramp though... I kept shaking it like I was trying to do jerk it right off the end of my arm.

Presentation night rehearsal after lunch... went out of school (YES, OUT OF SCHOOL) to get chippies across the road with Suelyn and Mel and Sophie, felt like running away (not that anyone would care, we weren't really needed there anymore anyway).

We did run though, when we were walking to the station (because Suelyn was stressing that she was going to miss her train OTL OTL). And today was hot. So... I really stank when we finally got there. Hana looked really funny running with a bag! :3

Of course I didn't go out.... first there's noone to go out with, nowhere to go, and everyone's too damn far away from me. ㅠ.ㅠ I live a sad life. OTL (just kidding, by the way).

I've become totally Korean-ised. I don't even listen to the radio anymore (not that there's much to listen to, unless I like listening to ads 24/7). And I've gone completely gaga over EunHyuk (who, by the way, has wayy better hair than DongHae right now).

Currently helping my sister make her Big Bang, DBSK, Super Junior and SHINee banners for her blog. Nothing much, just using Paint for the resizing and Photoshop for the words and editing. *Shrug.

Thought I'd just post more MVs of the songs I'm currently addicted to. Heartbeat included of course, I'm so addicted to it right now. I mean, I can dance JunHo's part and the chorus, but that's about all. Fingers crossed they release a dance version! :3

Anyway, enjoy.

@Leanne: I'll update my fanfic as soon as I can! <3

One last farewell.

R.I.P
CHANDNI SHARMA
25 DECEMBER 1993 - 13 NOVEMBER 2009

Yes, it's true. I never saw it coming. I never thought it was possible. But cancer is a vicious thing. Bone cancer, especially, is unforgiving.

Sorry Chandni.

Sorry I didn't get to say goodbye. Sorry that I used to think you were weak for not being able to stand up to Charmaine in standard 6. Sorry if I ever said anything about you, ever dissed you for not being up to my standards.

But it's all too late now. I can only think about what could have been.

But I know that you were an infinitely better person than me. I remember being jealous of your ability to play football so well. But I still turned down your invite to practice after school. I didn't trust the teachers, and I didn't want to risk the mosquito bites. I'm not and will never be as good as I think I am.

Sorry I didn't get to know you properly, even though we'd been in the same class in primary school for a few years.

These tears are real, knowing that I'll never be able to see you again, or even to smile in your direction, or say a simple 'hi' to you. These tears are very much here.

I mostly remember you hanging out with Raznil and Amira, because we didn't want to include you in our games. We wanted to be the cool kids in school. Nothing can change that now.

But there are some other memories.

Playing jadi (catch) during rehat (recess). Playing futsal against the other girls when we were standard 6 and our team won. You were a great captain.

I'm sorry that I never noticed you again after standard 6. That I have no memories of us in secondary school. But maybe primary school is really the only memories I want to keep.

Goodbye.

I hope you're with your little brother now, taking care of him. Take care of yourself.

This is all too late now, all too pointless. But I take some comfort to know that you're free now. That at least you're in a better place now. There's no more pain.

This feels so wrong. They took the wrong person. Cancer wasn't worthy of you. You were, after all, born on Christmas day. And they took you on Friday the 13th. It's an omen. You're worthy of being in heaven now.

Cancer was my favourite song by My Chemical Romance. I never knew how much it would hit so close to home.

Cancer by My Chemical seems appropriate now. I've said so much, yet I've said nothing.

One last farewell.

Listening to: Wake Me Up When September Ends - Green Day

The final post until two weeks!

*doesn't know whether to smile or cry.

So... I'll let you guys have a peek at what I wrote on the 3rd of November 2007 (forgive me for speaking like an idiot, I was a noob blogger then. Can I consider myself one of the elite yet? Maybe not.) Oh well.

3rd November 2007.
my first and last post here in malaysia....
SAD!! i'm gonna miss everyone, especially my best frenz, wen yi,sonia,li shiann, melissa, sarah, sabina and last, but not least, loong chern! see, loong,i gave u a 'man' color. oh, and faiz and every single person who loves me and cares for me.. hard to believe that a couple of months ago i was thinking that this day would be far,far away...but its here..TODAY!!! and that a couple of days ago we were care-free...

those days seem far away now...
its sad to think i mite never see all my friends again....its not a happy thought. but at least there's something that can never be taken from me,and that's my friendz here that will always be with me and my stories.
this is all i can write for now...the next time i write sumthing,i'll be in AUSTRALIA!!
just want to say one last thing...to all my friends here in malaysia..

I LOVE ALL U GUYS AND I'M THINKING OF AND MISSING YOU
EVERYDAY!!!
Had enough of it? You're welcome to make fun of my atrocious typing and spelling and seemingly lack of capital letters. I also seemed to have a thing about not putting spaces where they should be put. And yeah, I had this thing with, umm, coloured writing and different sized fonts. I like keeping things simple now. Oh well, nice to know that I've changed over the 2 years since that post, and I don't need a Facebook app to tell me that.

So you've probably deduced that I've been here for 2 years! Well, if you did, congratulations, you've won a prize (I'm sorry, that's a lie). And if you didn't... well, don't worry, the people who did won't be getting a prize either.

I can probably say that I was a bit over the top there. I mean, as if I haven't seen my friends since forever, I've gone back three times since then (though that might be ending soon, even with AirAsia and all).

So... anything special today? Nope. Bummed around in the music store room during lunch with Mel and a year 11 named Sarah, who is really nice even though we just met her today. We were trying to play the guitars, only they were SO out of tune it wasn't even funny. Sounded terrible. Just a small pa-twang made all of us cringe.

What else?

Practically dragged Mel down the corridor to Ms Cook's office to tell her that she wasn't going to be doing tuba lessons after all... and then had to knock on the door for her, just to make her do it in the end. Kind of reminded me of the days when we were tiny and I had to talk to Pn Norihan for Wen, because she was so scared of her. Aah, the good old days. I probably tower over most of the teachers in primary school by now. Hard to believe I was really that titchy.

This is turning into rambles. I'm veering off topic, if there was even one.

Oh, right. 2 years.

Celebration? Zilch. Changes? Too many to count. Physically? Taller, definitely not thinner, new hairstyle, tanned legs and white everything else. Mentally? Stupider, for sure. But way better English. Or maybe it was always there, I just didn't feel like showing off to the teachers. So... I've become more arrogant? Confident sounds better.

I put some English songs back into my iTunes playlist. Aren't you proud of me?

The bugger from yesterday sneaked into the bedroom last night. I now have two mega huge lumps on my arm. I made Narelle, Suelyn, Brooke and Emma put their hands on it this morning because they were nice and cold. Soothed it a little. Christie made them into hot cross buns during form assembly. Sort of deflated them a little.

Here we are, at the end of the post (finally). You readers must be phewing in relief and wiping your foreheads in satisfaction. But if you were that bored during the post, why did you read til this part, right at the bottom?

I bow out.

So long and good night.

I had a weird dream last night. As per usual. But it was nice. As per usual. And it was even nicer when I opened up my Facebook account and read my stuff. Made my day, in the weird sort of way. As per usual.

Of mosquitoes and refugees.
November 03, 2009 4:19:00 PM

So... my new blog layout! Like it? I kinda got sick of the old one, but this new one means that I have to resize any videos I put on here. Oh well, it was worth it. I spent about an hour last night looking though potential blogskins... they were really hard to choose! But I really like this one, and I have no idea why I'm explaining all this. Always has to be an explanation for everything.

Regarding my previous post on going on hiatus, you can now view it on the events tab at the top. Why that certain date? Well, you'll find out tomorrow.

There's an effing big mosquito flying around my head. It's so big, I could actually feel it when it was sucking the life out of my right arm. I tried smacking it to death but apparently it's big enough for me to miss it.

*cheers.

Go me!

It's probably flying around under the table somewhere, because I felt it on my leg just now. Felt it. You don't usually feel mosquitoes do you? Yea, I'll just wait for it to come back before jumping around like a madman woman.

Mum's watching Oprah. Damn she looks old now. Oprah, that is, not my mum.

Oh! There goes the little bugger. *Glare.

.....
....
...
..
.

SMACK!

...fail.

I think I managed to squash it's butt, but I have no idea where it's gone now. Bugger (literally) tried to suck out what's left of my blood. And I have a mega huge lump on my arm. My first mosquito bite since coming to the land of Oz! Amazing! *Applause.

Humanities assignment; bleh. Why would you give us an assignment to hand in the week before exams?! I mean, I really like you, Ms Minn - but I don't like your Twilight picture stuck on your book - but seriously, you could have given us a deadline after exams.

Refugees, oh refugees, where are you now? Refugees, oh refugees, I hope you have a happier life here in Australia. Even though you have a stupid policy by a certain brainless person blob who seems to enjoy locking you up in detention centres. I'm sorry we couldn't do anything about it. Hopefully you're having a better life now that a certain Chinese-speaking blob person has taken over.

Look, I feel sorry for you (and Beyond Borders is the most affecting and harrowing movie in the world), but I've got an exam to sit. And the report I'm doing on you isn't going to help me with it.

So... sorry.

THERE'S THAT EFFING MOSQUITO AGAIN!!!

*runs after it.

I'm gonna get more than your butt this time, just you wait!
